About CCU

We are Cork Communities United (CCU), an anti-fascist and anti-austerity group formed in response to the rise of far-right politics in Ireland and worldwide.

Cork Communities United :

• Holds the current government fully responsible for the crisis in housing and healthcare as well as the ongoing physical neglect and lack of facilities in our communities.
  
• Stands against all forms of discrimination, such as Racism, Homophobia, anti-traveller sentiment etc.
• Seeks to unite people across Cork City and County to counter the spread of far right and racist ideas, and to defend our communities.
  

CCU is not a political party, we are not aligned with or affiliated to any political party and all members join as individuals and are representing themselves alone.
